Thomas & Piron, a company specializing in real estate development and construction, is launching the new Docks development in Matosinhos. With a total investment of around 12 million euros, the start of construction, which will be carried out by Construções Gabriel A.S. Couto S.A., is scheduled for the second half of 2024 and the completion date for the first quarter of 2026. The project, which went on sale on June 17, includes the construction of 31 residential units, ranging in price from 265,000 euros to 450,000 euros, as well as a space dedicated to services, which will be dedicated exclusively to the installation of a coworking space of approximately 1,500 m².
Thomas & Piron Portugal‘s new project, Docks Matosinhos, is a 5-storey building with 31 one and two bedroom apartments, ranging from 53 m² to 114 m², all with balconies and underground parking. With a loft concept and generous areas, all the apartments have been designed with living rooms with open-plan kitchens and large windows, maximizing space and natural light to provide greater comfort and well-being. In addition to the refinement of the interior spaces, which have been thought out in detail, particular attention has also been paid to the connection with the exterior spaces, in line with current housing standards and needs.
